We are looking for dedicated cooks to prepare high quality, high volume, Maui driven dishes. Waicoco is a new restaurant located on Ka'anapali Beach with a gorgeous view of the ocean that can literally be seen from every station on the line. We are looking to continue our great kitchen culture and grow our restaurant family.

Our success and standard depends on each and every member of the team doing their part in maintaining the standards of our kitchens. The details that we hold dear to our hearts in terms of cleanliness, storage and cooking are very important to keeping our kitchens to a high standard. SHIFTS AND RATES:
AM Line Cook

5am-1pm- Help us execute a busy breakfast shift with amazing resort quality food. Help set up the restaurant for success, and work early then get out early. Rock breakfast, do some prep, and enjoy the rest of your day. $25-27 Hrly, depending on experience, with a 90 day review

PM Line Cook

3pm-11pm- Come help make us one of the best kitchen’s in Maui. Create some of the best food with sunset views all night long. $26-$28 Hrly depending on experience, with a 90 day review

AM & PM Prep Cook

5am-1pm, 12pm-8pm, 5pm-11pm Flexible hours to fit your schedule
Lay the foundation for our food by making many of the dishes and bases we will use to create our menus. Work at times that fit your schedules. $22-25 Hrly depending on experience, with a 90 day review

We are founded by two James Beard nominated chefs, each of whom have Michelin Star kitchens, and are outstanding in their communities.

A Honolulu native, Chef Chris Kajioka received his formal training from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. His skill and passion placed him in top restaurants across the U.S., from San Francisco, to New York City. Chris returned home to become the Executive Chef at Vintage Cave in Honolulu, and since 2014 has been pouring his energy into creating Bar Māze, Miro Kaimuki, and his famed burger stand Papa Kurt’s. Chef Kajioka has been nominated for the James Beard Outstanding Chef award three times.

Chef Mourad Lahlou opened Aziza, named after his mother, in San Francisco's Richmond district with the goal of creating a modern and sophisticated Moroccan-inspired dining experience. Aziza became the first Moroccan restaurant in the US to receive a Michelin Star. In January 2015, Lahlou unveiled his namesake restaurant Mourad, showcasing a further evolution of his modern Californian (and Moroccan referencing) cuisine, and received another Michelin star for his eponymous restaurant. A 7 time James Beard Oustanding Chef nominee, Lahlou also won Food Network’s Iron Chef America in 2009.

Together Chef Kajioka and Chef Mourad bring you Waicoco, their island inspired Steak and Seafood restaurant.
