Roles include but are not limited to:

The Cook I prepares food in accordance with production requirements and standard recipes and is most often assigned to oversee production at all stations. The Cook I maintains a clean, sanitary and safe station at all times to ensure safe and quality products are delivered to guests. The successful Cook I will ensure set-up of all stations, produce products consistent with quality standards and recipes, and have exemplary attendance.

The Cook II prepares food in accordance with production requirements and standard recipes and is most often assigned to work the grill, broil, sauté and raw bar stations. The Cook II maintains a clean, sanitary and safe station at all times to ensure safe and quality products are delivered to guests. The successful Cook II will effectively set-up the assigned station, produce products consistent with quality standards and recipes, and have exemplary attendance.

The Cook III prepares food in accordance with production requirements and standard recipes and is most often assigned to fry, pantry or salad station. The Cook III maintains a clean, sanitary and safe station at all times to ensure safe and quality products are delivered to guests. The successful Cook III will efficiently set-up assigned station, produce products consistent with quality standards and recipes, and have exemplary attendance.

Prep Cooks prepares a variety of hot and cold food items such as salad, sauces, side dishes, appetizers and mise en place. Portions, washes, peels, slices and mixes vegetables, fruits, pastas and other ingredients for entrees, appetizers, salads and garnishes. Carves and slices meats, cheese. Measures and mixes ingredient to make salad dressings, sauces, salads and hot and cold food items following recipes

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
