Due to continued expansion Motion Law seek an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our new Personal Injury Law Practice based at our Downtown Phoenix offices. This new opening provides an exciting opportunity to join our already established and growing firm and help build and shape our Personal Injury Law Practice from the ground up.

The ability to handle a docket from inception to trial, including Pre-Litigation duties is essential. We're looking for someone who shares our vision, passion and dedication for helping clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manages docket of auto injury cases.
• Managing all aspects of litigation including depositions, legal research, writing, and trials.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients is essential

Position Type
This is a full-time Monday through Friday position with some week-end needs.

Required Education and Experience

• Juris Doctorate
• No less than 2 years of Arizona No Fault Law Experience

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona
