The Social Worker will provide direct clinical psychotherapy to individuals, adolescents, children, marital and family in a clinical setting using the medical model. Diagnose and treatment using clinical psychotherapy with medical model, assessing DSM-V billing. Provides the following:

• Dialectical Behavioral therapy
• Trauma treatment
• Cognitive Behavioral therapy
• Assessments and treatment for ADHD
• Grief therapy, marital therapy and play therapy
• Adolescent issues
• Assess and admit for psychiatric hospitalization

Responsibilities also include:

• Provides emergency services on a walk in or by phone basis.
• Collaborates with external agencies: Court referrals, court testimonies, Referral from outside medical center and Mental health referrals.
• Attend and participates in provider meetings.
• Provides input into the development of social work policies and procedures.

What the Social Worker will need:

• Licensed LMSW in the State of Michigan
• 2 years of experience in clinical setting, minimum
