Essential Functions:

  • AOG Aircraft Expediter
  • Inventory Analysis
  • Process New Parts Request
  • Assist in processing Inventory Adjustment Request
  • Assist in monitoring and validating all funding obligations
  • Assist in Stock Objective management
  • Assist with Military Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP)
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with various departments to achieve efficient supply chain performance with an end result of FMC aircraft.
  • Works with sites, buyers, suppliers, shipping/receiving, technical staff, and customer.
  • Creates, generates, and presents reports on material plans and shortages.
  • Follows incoming parts through the requisition, purchase, receiving and issuing process.
  • Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
  • Exhibits positive courteous behavior with customers, businesses and coworkers.
  • Assists coworkers and those in other departments to successfully perform job tasks.
  • Follows all safety procedures and practices as established by the Company.
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree OR Associates Degree +4 years related experience OR HS Diploma +8 years related experience
  • Knowledge in computer use, with experience in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Skills:

  • Must be able to understand and use the English language both oral and written to communicate information or ideas to another person or persons.
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Must be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Skilled indexing and organizing files, material and data.
  • Must be able to comprehend and process information rapidly and accurately.
  • Skilled in problem analysis and independent decision making.
  • Ability to discern priorities.
  • Skilled in handling stressful situations.
  • Ability to create, enter, retrieve and print from software packages.
