LPN Floor Nurse for Intermediate Care Facility. Manages LPNs in their chain of command, ensures assessment, treatment, and appointment needs are met for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Ensures quality of care provided to patients while following ICF/IID regulations. Previous management experience desired. Ability to work closely and successfully with people with various backgrounds is required. $22.00 an hour with 10 plus years of experience; $20.00 hour for less than 10 years experience. Pay Rate Based on Experience.
Nurses - $2,500.00 Retention Bonus
$1,000.00 after 30 days and completes all outlined requirements
$1,500.00 after 180 days

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
