LPN- Occupational On Site Nurse Job at RediMed/Business Health

Provides a wide variety of onsite and educational nursing services to area corporations as well as support to Occupational Case Manager, Medical Review Officer Assistant, Hazmat Physical and Wellness department. Nursing service include, but not limited to lab draws, spirometry, audiometry, TB skin test, urine drug screens, breath alcohol testing, immunizations, Fit testing and wellness screens. Experience in Occupational Medicine, Case Management and Wellness preferred, but training is available. Strong computer skills in Google and Microsoft programs required. Able to work autonomously demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Licensure:
- Current Indiana LPN License as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support Certification
Experience:
- Three years experience in Occupational Health Nursing with knowledge of IN State Worker Compensation and OSHA regulations, preferred.
Education:
- Graduate of a nursing program from an accredited college or university
Other:
- Training and Certification in MROA course required within 90 days of hire.
- DOT UDS /collection & BAT Instructor required within 6 months of hire.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
- Training/Certification in NIOSH and CAOHC required within 1 year of employment.
- CPR 1st Aid Instructor certification, preferred.
