Licensed Practical Nurses are vital to our patient care team. Long term care experience is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and explain medical care to patients and family members.
- Perform medical and nursing assessments for patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, wound care and blood glucose tests.
- Collect and record patient data.
- Communicate effectively with health care providers, other healthcare team members, hospital personnel, and families of patients.
