Ozarks Community Hospital in Springfield, MO has an immediate opening for a full-time LTCF Clerical Assistant within our Laboratory Department.

Specialty clinic services include Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Diabetes Care, Hepatitis C, Urology, Geriatrics, Pain Management, and the FLAG (Fatty Liver and Goals) Clinic.

Job Summary: Contributes to the efficient operation of the Laboratory Department by providing clerical and data entry support including patient registration and collection of required patient information for testing and billing purposes. Generates numerous required laboratory reports. Performs other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Data entry and word processing experience.
• Ability to trouble-shoot all office equipment including copiers and Printers
• Excel and Word processing experience preferred.
