Elkamet, a plastic's manufacturer in East Flat Rock, NC – specializes in plastic extrusions and rotational molding for automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, building- and agricultural machines. We were founded in 2006 from our parent company in Germany.
Products:
Unique Nylon Tanks used for hydraulic oil and gas containers for building construction machines. Diesel Tanks made of Polyethylene for building machines and agricultural machines. Extruded windshield profiles used by all major US car manufacturers.
STARTING PAY minimum $19.00 AN HOUR PLUS BONUSES
Work in a team orientated environment
- Use and knowledge of standard safety equipment and light hand tools
- Perform calculations and record keeping
· Begin and completes the de-molding process on the tooling.
· Performs visual inspection of the mold components
· Trim, cut and clean the product after de-molding
· Ensure the product meets specifications according to the quality control plan and enter the data into the quality control report.
· Document any machine issues
· Maintain and clean the workstations to ensure a safe environment.
· Assists shift leader with tool changes and setup of the machines and processes.
