Machine Operator - Hiring Immediately - Mineral Wells, WV

Pay Rate: $16-18/hr Depending on Experience (Overtime Available)

**Shifts Available:** Day Shift 6 AM-6 PM

Night Shift 6PM-6AM

Job Descriptions:

• Operatres and oversees the operation of thermoforming machinery

• Uses measurement instruments to check work.

• Makes adjustments and notifies Tooling personnel of the need for more complex machine adjustments.

• Removes parts from the press.

• Performs minor adjustments and changeovers when necessary

• Packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into sleeves and boxes (0 to less than 5 pounds)

• Grinding scrap material out of sleeves(0 to less than 5 pounds)

• Accurately read and operate machine’s computer console.

• Responsible for the overall continuing manufacturing process.

• Set up and install mold bases.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of manufacturing or related experience operating and/ or running plastics processing equipment (thermoforms).

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required.

• Strong Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.

• Ability to read and operate micrometer (s).

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Proven track history of good attendance.
