Plastipak Machine Operators and Production Technicians operate equipment to manufacture a variety of plastic containers in a clean and safe work environment. Associates take pride in maintaining our high standards of quality products and our positive team culture.

You Will

Operate production equipment in a safe manner

Monitor production & make adjustments to equipment, as needed

Perform a variety of tasks, such as inspect & remove plastic containers with visual defects or packing products for distribution

Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences
You Have
-
Able to work overtime, as needed

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
-
Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.

Mechanical, electrical or other technical/machine operation ability. This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work.

Strong interpersonal skills and desire to be a productive team member

Physical requirement includes able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
