• +$1 / hour shift differential for 2nd shift

Shift(s) Available:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• Overtime (expect approximately 8+ hours of OT/week, which may be added on to extend week day shifts or over the weekend)

Job Summary:

Repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical/electrical equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, and evaluation to determine root cause of problems. Disassembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts. Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical/electrical equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, and evaluation to determine root cause of problems. Disassembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts. Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary.
• Cleans and lubricates parts, orders replacement parts, inspects completed repairs and returns equipment to specifications. Adapts procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet special needs.
• Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA
• 2+ years prior machine maintenance/repair experience
• Mechanical aptitude - Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs
• Strong mechanical/electrical understanding of complex equipment
• Experience with basic hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of machine tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions and engineering specifications
• Knowledge and experience with HMI Controls
• Ability to stand for long periods of time during assigned shift, lift up to 20-40 lbs, and be able to crawl, bend, crouch, and/or stoop while working on equipment
