Position: Mainframe/Cobol Developer
Duration:12+ month with extension
Location: Durham, NC or Westlake, TX (hybrid 5 days onsite every month )
Required Skills:
Tech Skills:
1. Mainframe Development
2. Previous experience in COBOL II, JCL, DB2, VSAM & MVS Utilities.
3. Experience with QA, system development, and test project life cycle methodologies
Education and Experience:
- Stellar knowledge of COBOL II, JCL, DB2, VSAM & MVS Utilities
- 5+ years hands-on mainframe development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- Experience in the financial services industry area a plus
- Experience with QA, system development, and test project life cycle methodologies
Ability to work optimally with product development and systems management
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
