Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Maintenance Technician for a company based in Columbia, SC. In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair complex equipment breakdowns involving mechanical and electrical machinery in a fast-paced, warehouse setting.
Pay Rate
$28.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday with mandatory OT on Saturdays may be required (no more than two weeks in a row)
1st Shift 6:00AM – 3:00PM
2nd Shift 2:30PM – 11:00PM

Job Title Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and program PLC’s
- Breakdown mechanical and electrical machinery
- Repair machinery (mechanical and electrical)
- 3+ years’ experience in a combination of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fields.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret linear and circumference measurements using tape measure and calipers.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints
- Must be able to compute ratio and percent, and interpret bar graphs.
