Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and equipment by performing the following duties along with keeping site compliant with safety and environmental regulations.

  • Performs the installation, maintenance and repair of various types of office and manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean, hygienic, and working condition.
  • Works with outside contractors for execution of machine and building maintenance work.

· Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair

· Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles changes, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure, meets attendance/punctuality requirements.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Epicor software, or preventative maintenance systems.
  • Valid driver’s license

· Basic plumbing and electrical skills

· Must be able to operate material handling equipment (fork lift, scissor lift, hand truck, etc.)

· Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.

· Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections to satisfy environmental regulations.

· Develops/maintain health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.

· Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.

· Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings for both machines and environment.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance (Canned)

· This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required
