Maintenance assistants are responsible for ensuring that facilities are clean and in good operating condition. Their responsibilities may include cleaning buildings and rooms, and performing general maintenance and repair of the building, grounds, and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs preventative maintenance construction and repair work on building structures, systems, services and components.
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Plans repair work using buildings equipment manual as needed.
- Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be18 or over.
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours.
- Must be able to pass E-Verify, background and drug screening.
SHIFT AND PAY:
- 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Monday – Friday
- 15.00 an hour
- Health, Dental and Vision insurance
