• Schedule: Day Shift – Part time (25 hours a week)

What will you be doing?

• Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
• Troubleshoot building and machine maintenance using blueprints, schematics, manuals, and guides.
• Responsible for functional use of small hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, floor scrubbers, floor sweepers, snow removal equipment, lawn care equipment, and scissor lifts.
• Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines. Tasks include plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and familiar with basic heating and air conditioning system operations.
• Performs routine tasks required to maintain interior and exterior facilities including but not limited to snow removal, lawn maintenance, painting, machine repairs, vehicle maintenance, plumbing, office repairs, etc.
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Report to Maintenance Supervisor regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol.

What are the Job Requirements?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in the maintenance field required.
• Drug Test
• Criminal Background Check

• Act 31
• Reliable transportation
