Primary responsibilities of the successful Store Maintenance Associate:

• Performs Car Wash Preventative Maintenance and Operation Duties

• Ordering and maintain cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment, with a major focus on the car wash

• Attends to car wash and car wash customers, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to.

• Performing basic landscaping duties including snow shoveling and salting

• Conducting basic repairs on landscaping and maintenance equipment.

• Cleaning assigned work areas inside and outside of the property.

• Replacing light fittings and broken globes.

• Ensuring that utility projects have been completed and signed off

• Ensuring the safe handling and storage of volatile cleaning liquids and distillates.

Other Duties as assigned including but not limited to:

• Taking verbal and written instructions from General Manager and Maintenance Director.

• Overall stocking of merchandise within the site to ensure all coolers are filled & maintained.

• Merchandising center of store, and ensuring the backroom is neat and clean.

• Store Glass & Floors are cleaned and properly maintained.

• Promptly notified management of customer service, security, safety, or inventory issues.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Tank Smart C - Training will be provided.

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
