Position Summary:

The Maintenance position plays an important role in maintaining a quality workplace. This position is responsible for facilities maintenance as well as maintaining the grounds, yard and parking lot.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: This list of responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Reviews immediate production areas that require maintenance needs daily.

Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair including troubleshooting issues, where possible, to determine necessary repairs (e.g. dust collection, CNC’s, Saws, etc).

Fixes potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.

Maintains buildings and grounds, including garden and yard upkeep (e.g. trimming, edging, mowing lawn, mulching, collecting trash, etc.)

Supports safety-related inspections and needs. This includes participating in safety inspections and identifying and communicating safety observations and concerns.

Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs, maintenance and various seasons.

Identifies preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future issues.

Works with third party contractors for facility and grounds needs as required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Two years maintenance related experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
