Job Description
**
Duties include dock repair and maintenance, debris removal, electrical troubleshooting, basic landscaping, and overall upkeep of property. Must possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and must be customer-service oriented.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Carpentry, electrical, plumbing skills
Facility maintenance or handyman experience
Class A, B, and/or C License
Computer Proficiency (MS Office Suite)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee will also need to kneel, crouch, stoop or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 100-pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of the maintenance associate the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet or humid conditions and occasionally vibration.
Under the direction of the General Manager, the associate is responsible for working with the Oasis team to achieve the highest employee safety standards, customer service goals and ensure the processes of Oasis Marinas are followed for all functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
