How do you fit in?

  • As a Maintenance Coordinator you will guide and implement preventative maintenance, act as a liaison with service providers, and monitor tools, supplies, and maintenance inventory.

  • Work closely with managerial staff to draw up and execute the organization’s annual maintenance plan. Communicate directly with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and other projects required to keep the company’s physical assets running smoothly.

Delegate maintenance tasks to the rest of the team and find relevant vendors and service providers. Develop maintenance plans and implement them. Ensure quality control standards are consistently met.

  • Assist with the development of the maintenance budget and handle payments for maintenance services and necessary equipment and supplies. Maintain an inventory of supplies, spare parts, and materials. Purchase any equipment, tools, or required materials. Support technicians during their daily equipment inspectionsand take care of maintenance logs. Ensure basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections. Assess procedures and make recommendations for improvement. Monitor use of PPE and other resources; recommend replacements when due. Monitor safety and health compliance. Provide a wide variety of administrative assistance to managers, especially in the areas of managing work orders and machine up/down time communication.

  • Previous experience in maintenance computer programs/systems.
