• Digitizing all necessary documentation and storing in electronic systems.
• Preparing documentation for aircraft engine repair events.
• Breaking down the completed engine work packages for supervisor approvals.
• Review and update paperwork to ensure accuracy prior to filing.
• Embrace and execute all other duties, as required, or assigned, including serving as back-up to other administrative staff. Training will be provided.
• Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.

• Great attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great time management skills.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug & Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

• Work Schedule: Monday through to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

• Must be able to work independently.
• General knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must.
