JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for assisting maintenance supervisor with plant maintenance including plumbing, boiler maintenance, mechanical and structural throughout the Good Shepherd campuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Promotes Good Shepherd Customer Care Standards of Service, Compassion, Trust and Respect each day, W.O.W customers in the manner you were trained. Excellent Customer Care is an expected and all staff are empowered to do everything to make sure that everyone including our residents, tenants, families., guess and co-workers are treated with excellence.
2. HVAC assures that all HVAC systems are operating properly and efficiently
3. Maintain boiler and conduct daily and weekly boiler checks.
4. Building equipment: Assure that repairs are completed in a timely manner.
5. Work/ Storage areas: Maintain all areas where working are clean and organized.
6. Interior wall surface: Assure that all wall are properly painted, patched and repaired.
7. Exterior: Assure that exterior of building surface and windows are properly painted and maintained.
8. Ground Maintenance: Make sure all lawncare and landscaping are properly maintained. Make sure the grass is properly maintained and snow is removed in parking lot and all walking areas.
9. Regulatory Management: Assure that the facility is compliant with all appropriate agencies (OSHA, Life Safety Codes, etc)
10. Must be able to travel to and from Sauk Rapids and Becker Campus.
QUILIFICATIONS:
1. Current Minnesota 2nd class (C) engineer's license, or special engineer's licenses with continued employment contingent upon a Minnesota 2nd class licenses within 13 months of employment.
2. General knowledge of plumbing, surface preparation for concrete, painting, carpentry, woodwork, mechanical repairs, refrigeration, pneumatics and light electrical repairs.
3. Must live within a 30 minute response time to the Sauk Rapids Good Shepherd campus.
4. Must have a current, valid Drivers Licenses with no driving violations within the standard of Good Shepherd insurability program.
