MAINTENANCE & FACILITIES SPECIALIST- FULL TIME Job at InterCommunity, Inc.
Description:
Summary:
Experienced Maintenance provider will perform semi-skilled manual work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings and grounds. 10 am- 6:30 pm.
Monday to Friday staff will be compensated as follows for on call needs:
- $25 per night
- Pay starts from the moment the employee is told of an on call need and the employee confirms they will cover the on call need
- Reimbursement for mileage
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains a safe environment of all InterCommunity locations.
- Grounds maintenance; cutting grass, snow removal and other seasonal outdoor tasks.
- Maintains floors includes stripping, waxing, buffing, and replacing carpet and tile as necessary
- Maintain facility equipment, vehicles, lawn mowers, snow blowers and tools.
- Replaces and or repairs toilets, sinks, door locks, thermostats and light bulbs throughout agency.
- Interfaces with agency work order system.
- All other duties as required
*All agency staff are required to attend all mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings*
Requirements:Education &/Or Experience:
Minimum of two years demonstrated experience in building and grounds maintenance.
