Position Summary: The role of Maintenance Manager is to ensure the property, all units (current and future), accessory buildings, and the related FF&E are maintained in appearance, safety measures, and good working order. This will be accomplished by training, supporting, and supervising the maintenance team, creating and implementing a sustainable, documented maintenance plan that is scalable as additional units are added and repeatable on properties acquired in the future. The expectation is always to be a servant leader, leading by example in daily activities and attitude.

Tactical work: The spirit of the position is to holistically create, build, grow and maintain a proactive maintenance program built to protect and preserve the property, buildings, and associated grounds. • Professional appearance - work boots & jeans (no holes) required.
• Working well with other departments, the owners, and the entire team.
• Ability to communicate kindly with guests if necessary.

• $25-30/hour based upon experience (W2 Employee)
