The main function of the Maintenance Mechanic I position is to maintain and repair production equipment to keep the machines in operation at all times. This position reports to Maintenance Supervisor
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for following all plant safety rules.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Maintains neat and clean work area.
- Demonstrates good judgment and reasoning when investigating and solving problems.
- Consistently shows ability to recognize and deal with priorities
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
Pay: Starting at $22.58

Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Required: Experience working and maintaining equipment
Preferred: Welding, fabrication and machining skills

- Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment skills
- Competence in complex mechanical problems

- Work with minimal supervision and/or direction
