Position Summary
This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all machines and equipment in our Concrete Plant.
We maintain a safe work environment and ensure the implementation of all maintenance safety programs.

Primary Responsibilities
· Track inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies and re-order as necessary.
· Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment to help maintain production flow.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and identify operational problems with machinery as well as perform some electrical repairs.
· Basic mechanical assembly and trouble shooting.
· Maintain maintenance records to help with machine efficiency.
· Develop ideas to ensure that all equipment produces at a maximum level of efficiency.
· Record any damage that occurs and determine what repairs are needed.
· Ensure that broken-down equipment is fixed with minimal down time.
· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Mechanical experience with a willingness to continue to learn.
Experience or schooling in the following areas are preferred but not limited to:
- Preventative Maintenance
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic repair
- 3 phase AC and DC electrical testing
- Conveyor maintenance and repair
- Variable Frequency Drives and motor Soft Starters
- PLC programming and schematic reading
- Welding and metal fabrication
Ability to lift up to 50lbs-70lbs
Ability to effectively use hand tools
Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.05 - $29.80 per hour
