Maintenance Planner Job at Sheetz
Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Optimize routing opportunities through cost effective scheduling of Store Support field resources in accordance to Service Level Agreements ensuring maximum up time for mission critical equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
- Create schedules assuring the technician with the correct skills and parts is dispatched to each call.
- Monitor and balance technician workloads for maximum efficiency.
- Submit and process warranty claims.
- Monitor, evaluate and analyze systems alarms via Device Monitoring applications provided. Create calls and dispatch technicians as necessary.
- Assist Parts team in managing truck inventories, getting the right parts on the rights trucks for efficiencies and cost management.
- Serve as a liaison between field and systems resources to identify, communicate and resolve technology issues experienced in the field.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management related to technician performance, development and system enhancements.
- Analyze and communicate workforce needs to ensure cost effective coverage for each maintenance area.
REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 3 years related experience
