Maintenance Reliability Engineer
Location: McDavid, FL 32568
Salary: $75,000 to $100,000
Bonus: Up to an annual 15% bonus

Qualifications: Maintenance Reliability Engineer - Manufacturing

• BS degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or similar Engineering Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• 2 - 8 years of reliability exp. within a manufacturing facility
• Redesign machinery and / or processes to improve plant reliability and lower operating costs.
• Able to take a “hands-on” approach with operators and mechanics
• Understanding Reliability Modeling tools and methods, including statistical distributions
• Instrumentation

Basic understanding of the principles of:

• Maintenance & reliability best practices
• Rotating and Fixed Equipment
• Predictive techniques for fixed and rotating equipment:
• Vibration Analysis
• Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Reliability engineering principles and design improvement techniques'

Responsibilities: Maintenance Reliability Engineer - Manufacturing

• Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
• Failure analysis, determine root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures
• Analyze equipment trends & historical data
• Mechanical Integrity (MI)
• Support capital to optimize equipment/system reliability and life cycle cost.
• Supervision Implement best practices for lubrication, handling, application, and storage of lubricants along with the oil analysis program. Direct oversight of the preventative and predictive maintenance programs which include vibration analysis, thermography, infrared, oil analysis, precision alignment and others to improve the mill’s reliability program. Responsible for hydraulic and compressor programs
• Responsibilities including sawmill, planer mill, dry kilns, site services and mobile equipment.
• Coordinate and manage services from OEM representatives and other third parties to improve equipment reliability, life cycles, and costs.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
