Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAINTENANCE TECH for our apartment community, Haven at the Gulch in Nashville, TN
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- 1-3 years general maintenance experience
- EPA certification
- A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
- The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community.
