Maintenance Technician - $25/hour Job at iTrip Vacations
iTrip Vacations Northwest is a locally owned vacation property management company servicing a two hour radius from Mount Hood to Lincoln City and everything in between. The properties we manage can be found on Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, etc.
We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who is available for on call, part-time work.
As a Maintenance Technician for iTrip Vacations, you will be contacted by our Regional Manager to coordinate jobs. A summary of the most common calls are listed below:
- Basic Plumbing (Clogges toilets, drains. Minor leaks in sinks, showers, etc)
- Basic Electric needs (Replacing light bulbs, troubleshooting light issues)
- Repairs on doors (Patching holes, repairing hinges, etc.)
- Performing maintenance on hot tubs, including balancing chemiclas (Training provided)
- Must be able to lift/push/carry/pull 25 to 30 pounds
