Maintenance Technician Job at Citrus Health Network, Inc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in construction and/or maintenance field, preferably in hospital or residential facilities.
DUTIES:
1. Makes repairs and adjustments to plumbing equipment such as repairing faucets, leaks replacing valves and other related moderately complex repairs.
2. Performs minor electrical work.
3. Mends doors, windows, screens, flooring, railings on wooden bridges and fences, and other moderately complex carpentry work.
4. Repairs and replaces chair/table legs and other articles of furniture.
5. Performs a variety of moderately complex brick and cement work.
6. Cleans and replaces worn out parts on a variety of equipment.
7. Performs minor mechanical repairs on equipment.
8. Performs painting when needed.
9. Participates in regular inspections of buildings and equipment to ensure regular and proper maintenance as assigned.
10. Assists in the purchase of maintenance materials, equipment and supplies as assigned.
11. Performs related work as required and/or assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hialeah, FL 33012: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Florida Driver's License (Preferred)
