Looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician role with a reputable company here in Madison, WI (53713). This will be a
contract-to-hire role that is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $22-25/hr(based on experience) + reimbursed for mileage
Schedule: M-F, 8am - 4:30pm, will be working 6-7 days a week in July/August

- Utilize troubleshooting skills to respond to a variety of residential service
- Prepare apartment home for rent by performing various various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors
- General knowledge of electrical-light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets
- Use hand and power tools for maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- Maintenance Experience
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- Own hand tools/power tools
