Vacation Rental Assistance (VRA) is actively hiring a building operations / maintenance technician.

JOB DUTIES:

Respond to various scheduled service tasks at a variety of properties. Use personal equipment, or utilize VRA's as needed to execute tasks. Tasks include anything from refinishing wood doors with dog scratches in them to drywall and replacing garbage disposals. Major electrical, plumbing, and other trade work typically outsourced. Track time, write quality reports, and communicate with Dispatch and Clients as needed.

Certifications not required, but a bonus.

Requirements

• Lifting 50lbs over head

• Standing for long periods of time

• Valid drivers license

• Maintenance / handy experience
