Cambridge Square Apartments, a 408-unit apartment community located in the Overland Park area of Kansas City is interviewing experienced Maintenance technicians to join their team. The ideal candidate has 3 years or more of apartment maintenance experience, is HVAC certified (Type 1 & 2 or Universal), strong with HVAC, plumbing & appliance repair and is a team player.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC Certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry & sheetrock
• Skilled in appliance repair
• Ability to prioritize work
• Excellent customer service skills
• Skilled in use of computers and online aps, preferably with working knowledge of Yardi & HappyCo
• Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & have strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Provide own tools
• Ability to take after hours and weekend on–call emergencies (rotation basis)
