Maintenance Technician II Job at CENTRAL BAPTIST VILLAGE

The Maintenance Tech II operates and maintains all equipment including the HVAC systems, high pressure boilers, generators and steam equipment. Reads and records information from meters and gauges at specified intervals to verify operating conditions. Consistently demonstrates support of the Engineering department by striving for excellence, contributing to the team efforts and showing respect and compassion for residents of the community and their families, fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact with. Supervise hourly maintenance staff.
Salary: $65,000-$70,000.
Requirements:

High school diploma.
- 2 years of trade school or on-the-job related experience.
- Holds a HVAC license or certification
- Experience at a CCRC as a maintenance tech is a plus.
- Ability to deal with frequent interruptions.
- Follow directions and instructions.
- Identify safety and hazards and act accordingly.
- Ability to complete PM to the highest standards possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
