Maintenance Technician - Windsor Gardens Job at The Cabot Group
Responsible for the daily operations at the property in the areas of landscaping, carpentry, painting, roofing as well as the performance of all routine and preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical integrity of the property.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 3 years experience in property maintenance, landscaping, carpentry and general repairs. Background emphasis on HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid NY State Drivers License with a clean driving record.
