Maintenance Worker
Holt Property Management is looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for turning apartment units (drywall repair, painting, small fixes, flooring) as well as work orders. Being reliable and detail oriented is the first step to getting this job.
All of our properties are located in Salt Lake County and Utah County. This job is very consistent with a guaranteed 40 hours of work every week.

- Basic knowledge of landscaping, flooring, drywall repair, painting, work orders
- Experience using hand and electrical tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
