Managed Services Field Service Engineer Job at Dytech Group
Dytech Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer for our managed service business in Central Florida. Experienced in setup and support of Microsoft Windows servers and networks. Windows Server and Virtualization experience necessary. You be doing onsite and remote support in Central Florida.
Top Requirements:
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- At least 1-2 years of Server/Network Service experience providing customer support.
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Windows Server and Networking issues.
- Some certification is preferred. A+, Network+, MCP certification or similar.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate client contact, gather information, troubleshoot problems and document accurately and completely all relevant information regarding issues in IT Service Management System.
- Provide onsite and help desk support. Answer, evaluate, troubleshoot, and prioritize telephone, email, and service ticket requests for assistance from business clients experiencing technical problems.
- Document service calls and follow Dytech Group procedures with completing tickets and processes.
This is a permanent full time position. There are paid holidays, personal leave days, a health insurance contribution, and the opportunity to participate in our 401K plan.
