Overview: Responsible for planning, executing and analyzing the annual and seasonal marketing plan for the Private Label Credit Card and Mastercard Credit Card Programs in conjunction with the StyleRewards Loyalty Program across Ann Taylor and LOFT brands as well as the management of Ann Taylor and LOFT Gift Card Program.

Responsible for leading internal and external partners to plan, create, calendarize, execute and analyze seasonal marketing campaigns, customer segmented offers, credit exclusive offers, activations and test and learn programs, among others. Responsible for the internal brief development, campaign set-up (i.e., coupon requests, digital marketing placement/UX) and full end-to-end execution in partnership with channel owners across all customer touchpoints (email, site, SMS, paid digital, social, and direct mail), creative routing, disclosure development and legal/partner approvals. Responsible for post campaign reporting set-up and socialization of learnings. Owns weekly program performance reporting for leadership as well as invoicing and expenditures for managed brand programs. Primary contact with external partners supporting the credit card program and the gift card program to ensure alignment and success.

Responsibilities:
Partner Management:
Day-to-day contact for Bread Financial, credit card financial partner, Mastercard and all gift card vendors including Blackhawk

Manage and own key cross-functional relationships across multiple internal & external partners as related to credit and gift card (e.g. Creative, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, etc.)

Marketing Planning:
Own the marketing strategy, including channel and communication recommendations, to ensure compelling campaigns and activation efforts for existing and prospective cardholders across Private Label and Mastercard

Manage the marketing strategy and plans for Ann Taylor and LOFT Gift Card campaign and distribution

Partner with internal stakeholders across brands and all customer channels to gain alignment, finalize and execute credit and gift card marketing campaigns and activations

Optimize branding and overall messaging across both credit card products

Drive test and learn plans to evolve marketing approach and build program engagement

Maintain the Master Loyalty & Credit Marketing Calendar by brand

Communication:
Schedule routine meetings; prepare agendas and distribute recaps.

Create and maintain departmental archives to house all program-related documentation, including calendars, analyses, and assets.

Manage the communication related to marketing activities, including updates and direction to key stakeholders in Divisional Marketing, Stores/Field, etc.

Collateral:
Partner with bank vendor on key deliverables.

Prepare creative briefs.

Compile production schedules for all assets to ensure execution tracking

Manage the routing process to ensure deadlines are met, secure department and bank approvals during job routing and reviews.

Initiate the creative development process, per standard procedures, including creative reviews with appropriate stakeholders (e.g. Legal)

Coordinate with bank vendor regarding production, file pull, and mailing tasks.

Serve as the point of contact for issues related to program collateral.

Reporting:
Pull reports, understand the data and provide thoughtful recommendations in improving the marketing journey and experience

Prepare data and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting related to managed programs

Partner with MAS team and external vendors to produce ad hoc reporting, as needed.

Financial/Budget:
Maintain up-to-date tracking of actual and planned spend against budget for managed programs.

Enter Invoices, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts, as needed.

Qualifications:
College degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Credit Marketing or a comparable role.

Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Experience managing both projects and processes.

Excellent organization skills.

Clear, concise communicator – both verbal and written.

Confident and comfortable interacting with associates two levels above.

Takes initiative to improve tools and processes for increased efficiency or effectiveness.

Capable of handling fast pace.

The target salary for this role is $94,000 - $110,000.
Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors.
