The Manager, Customer Success is an important part of the management team for WalkMe's broader CCO organization. You will report to our RVP, Customer Success. You will lead the strategy for our team to ensure the successful growth of our customers, across WalkMe's customer base. This role also focuses on affecting change within our customer segments. You will be an active coach and strategic planner for a team of Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Advisors.

What You'll Own:

    • Lead the team and ensure that each Customer Success Manager and Advisor is successful
    • Prioritize where we invest our resources and efforts with customers
    • Guide the team towards essential performance metrics
    • Manage growth trends for the team and customers to advise customer and align with their goals
    • Work with Accounts and other teams to ensure customer success with special emphasis on adoption, expansion, renewals and advocacy
    • Partner with the Sales organization to participate in pre-sales activities for high value opportunities
    • Contribute to the vision of the American Customer Success organization

What You Need to Succeed:

    • 8+ years of customer success experience within a SaaS organization
    • 2+ years of experience leading a team within SaaS
    • Experience in defining and working towards goals
    • Increase customer happiness and deepen customer relationships
    • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor, on-site with customers
    • Experience with enterprise SaaS vendors
    • Bachelor's degree

How We'll Take Care of You

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $96,000 and $150,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
