MS-SQL Leadership Role
Adelphoi, USA, headquartered in Latrobe, PA, is looking for a proficient MS-SQL professional to manage the database structures and business intelligence needs of our organization. We are a youth-centered behavioral health non-profit with similar information, security, and privacy concerns that pertain to any HIPAA-regulated organization.
What is our operating environment like and what type of applications do we manage?
- We have a mix of virtual, physical, and cloud-based systems using Microsoft-related technologies, Cisco, and HP servers. (Server, Exchange, Always on VPN, Wireless LAN Controllers).
Our critical user-facing applications support client medical records (Netsmart), business intelligence (Kaufman Hall), finance (Sage 500), and a unique proprietary tool (First Match).
What role would you play?
- Be a member of the IT leadership team with professional and supervisory responsibilities over a small team of remote and on-site application administrators.
Become the in-house database expert with strategic input to the IT environment and the execution of those strategies in support of the internal user community.
What Qualifications Are We Looking For?
- Four-year degree in a discipline that would indicate the ability to manage data.
- 5+ years of MS-SQL experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
