Position: UTILITY Manager of Customer Billing
Location: WORK FROM HOME!
(within service territories in Florida and Delaware)
You’ll have oversight of Customer Care Back Office functions which include the areas of Billing, Service Order processing, and Staff Administration!

What you’ll do
Ensure billing functions are performed accurately, promptly, effectively and in compliance with Company policies, tariffs and Public Service Commission rules and regulations.
Lead teams who perform Back Office Administrative functions including bill batch selection/posting, exception management and account research/reconciliation.
Collaborate across departments, functions and business units to ensure effective billing and positive customer experience. Occasional travel may be required.
Who you are
You have 5-7 years of utility billing AND leadership experience, with experience in regulated utilities preferred
You have a business or accounting degree (or equivalent experience)
You are a charismatic coach and team player
You have a firm grasp of accounting and regulatory principles

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
