Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn and P&O Cruises Australia, united as Holland America Group, offering world-renown vacations at sea to travelers around the globe, are building a dynamic, unified organization to serve its highly experienced teams in both our corporate offices and on board our ships.

We’re looking for an amazing Manager, Promotion Support to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that revenue strategies are effectively and efficiently implemented into POLAR. This person would also be responsible for developing tools for solving problems and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead effort with Product Teams and Promo build contractor for promo template set-up
• Guide and lead promo builds utilizing POLAR Express proficiency
• Help diagnose and creatively problem solve POLAR and PROMO challenges to meet Commercial goals
• Support Product Team members with questions about promotions and pricing in POLAR
• Collaborate with IT teams to best display Princess offers across different distribution channels.
• Collaborate with sister brands for best practices. Work closely with IT, Product Teams, CSUS, and Marketing
• Share and update Product Teams with relevant changes to POLAR

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Analytical or mathematical discipline
• Minimum 3 years of deep understanding and expertise with POLAR.
• Minimum 3 years of deep understanding and expertise with POLAR.
• Advanced Excel usage along with MS Office software. (Experience with VBA is a plus)
• Written and verbal communication skills

• Base Salary Range: $83,200.00 to $112,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
