To lead a successful team at Scooter's, a store manager must be passionate, organized, and be able to make every customer interaction a positive one. If you are willing to bring an outgoing, friendly personality, we will teach you everything you need to know about coffee!
The store manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store's financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store.

-Oversee day-to-day operations
-Lead and motivate team members in a positive and friendly environment
-Manage inventory
-Assist with employee hiring and termination process
-Coach team members through daily tasks and drink creations
-Work barista line to ensure fast service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
