Job Summary:
This is a full time salaried position. Manages testing and tutoring services at all Lake Michigan College campuses.

Essential Functions:
1. Communicates with all students, faculty, staff and other stakeholders regarding testing and tutoring services at LMC.2. Supervises delivery of placement, out-of-class certification and outcomes assessment testing services at all LMC campuses3. Supervises delivery of tutoring services at all LMC campuses4. Functions as primary test center administrator (PTCA) for testing software platforms and services for the institution, students, and community members; ensures testing staff maintain credentials and training required to administer tests in active platforms (such as Pearson VUE, Accuplacer, CLEP, Evolve/HESI, RegisterBlast).5. Assists with student onboarding assessments and routing (such as Digital Literacy, ESL placement, Early Middle College, and other college initiatives).6. Maintains records on students, funding services, budget, payroll, and other data and prepares associated reports.7. Hires, supervises, schedules, trains, and evaluates testing and learning assistance staff members.8. Researches and implements new programs and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing and learning assistance services.9. Coordinates services for special needs students with Student Well-Being and Accessibility10. Assists with student onboarding assessments and routing (such as Digital Literacy, ESL placement, Early Middle College, and other college initiatives).11. Supports, recognizes, and participates in co-curricular assessment of testing and learning assistance services.12. Collaborates with other college departments and resources to respond effectively to student and stakeholder needs.13. In partnership with other college departments, assists with placement testing at off-campus sites.

Accountabilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Dean, Arts and Sciences, works as a team member in the coordination, facilitation, and promotion of an efficient and supportive environment in the Testing and Learning Assistance Centers. Responsible for data entry and retrieval using Banner and Target X. Maintains databases and web pages related to Testing and Learning Assistance. Supervises testing and learning assistance staff.

Job Specifications:
Bachelors degree and excellent word processing, spreadsheet and database skills required. Three or more years experience in an educational setting required, community college experience highly preferred. Supervisory experience or test center management experience highly preferred. Previous knowledge of college testing platforms is preferred. Successful candidates will have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
