Our Managing Partner oversees all Front of House and Back of House operations while adhering to our Hospitality Model. All Managing Partners focus on attaining sales and profit objectives, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and excellent safety and sanitation practices, and resolving customer issues by directing and supervising FOH and BOH employees.

Compensation Plan:

$75,000 annual salary

5% bonus paid out monthly – Based on EBITDA earnings

Buy in options for new restaurant openings: As a Managing Partner, you will have the opportunity to purchase percentage points of ownership in our new restaurant openings.

Responsibilities + Duties:

· Complete weekly inventory and orders understanding the importance of Actual vs. Theoretical numbers and how they impact the business

· Follow good time management practices to ensure opening and closing duties are completed efficiently – Sanitation and Line Checks are non-negotiable

· Understand and execute sales goals, local restaurant marketing, and objectives with the ability to meet and exceed expected results

· Full Profit and Loss management responsibilities

· Exceptional knowledge of our Craveably Crafted™ food and uncommon hospitality

· Complete daily and weekly inventory, tracking and orders

· Control and maintain labor costs through great schedule writing

· Coach, teach and mentor all FOH and BOH staff

· Participate in the selection of new FOH and BOH staff and implement training and testing procedures for all new employees

· Enforce employee image and grooming standards

· Assist management team in executing great shifts, meeting all goals, timelines and milestones needed

· Ensure the restaurant is kept clean through great safety and sanitation practices

· Maintain a positive guest experience from the time they enter our building until they leave

Qualifications + Skills:

· 5 years General Management experience required

· Understanding of FOH and BOH operations and management

· Ability to work nights and weekends

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed

· Must have a courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
