Manufacturing Shift- 3rd- 7p-5:30a- 50-hour work weeks, OT on Sat and it is mandatory.

Manufacturing Job Duties
- Responsible for actively supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives of the facility.
- Manually load or unload materials.
- Drive Forklift and/or other industrial equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate and precise counts on material loaded, unloaded, or moved.
- Load/unload trucks.
- Move material to corresponding departments.
- Mop, sweep, clean all areas assigned.
- Notify Supervisor or Lead Person of needed items.
- Visually inspect parts.
- Operate various power tools including (but not limited to) grinders, presses, saws, etc.
- Accurately measure or weight parts as required.
- Touch up paint material.
- Band material with a manual or electric bander.
- Assist other departments when needed.
- Must maintain general housekeeping and an orderly work area.
- Responsible for all other procedures and instructions as required by the job function.
- Must adhere to all safety and environmental policies.
- All other duties as assigned by a Supervisor, Lead Person, or any member of Management.
Manufacturing Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Requires the ability to read & write.
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to successfully pass a written exam and physical observation test for an Industrial Truck Permit.
- The ability to adjust to changing job functions.
- Capable of working well with co-workers of different cultural backgrounds.
