This company are a specialist manufacturer of technical products used across a multitude of exciting sectors. With 3 sites across the US and one in Mexico, they are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and are continually investing into all locations. As a result, they are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer at their site in Independence, VA!
In this role you will look at current manufacturing processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies while using your experience in continuous improvement to improve quality, ergonomics, and safety. The company take a proactive approach to training and development and will support you to become a technical expert within the industry!
This role would ideally suit someone with either a Manufacturing, Process or Mechanical Engineering background and experience improving manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
The Role:
- Manufacturing Engineer
- Identifying issues on production floor and improving manufacturing processes
- Heavily involved in Continuous Improvement
- Training and development opportunities
- $80,000 - $90,000 + Excellent Company Benefits
- Manufacturing, Process or Mechanical Engineering background
- Experience improving manufacturing processes
- Commutable to Independence, VA (Re-location package available for right candidate!)
